Free Learn to Run Sessions with Havering '90 Joggers

The main club training nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm (7:30 run). Training nights are very informal and most members arrange their distance on the night. It takes a few weeks to get with the right people, but generally this approach is what members want. 

On a Tuesday, we try to have a coached session for those that want to take part.

During summer we use the school field on some nights for some speedwork sessions and Learn2Run groups.
