Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. Our yoga classes are suitable for adults and beginners and are designed for those of all fitness levels. Come along to one of our sessions and partake in our calming exercise programme.
