Join our fantastic coach Sheila 

Come along and join Coach Sheila in lots of Fun Games and Skills based around Athletics. Open to all Disabilites take part in as much or as little as you want, we are very relaxed. Siblings are welcome. Parents/Carers must stay and join in the fun!.

Venue: Romford YMCA, Rush Green Road, RM7 0PH - The Studio
