CHILDREN’S ACTIVITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

HOW TO BOOK

  • Places must be bought in advance. They will not be on sale on the day.
  • PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS but places can be exchanged for other activities if spaces are available.
  • Please be sure before you book as mistakes cannot always be rectified later.
  • Please fill in all sections of the booking form correctly, especially if your child has any allergies or disabilities we should be aware of.
  • You will be contacted by a member of staff to arrange payment once your booking is complete - PLEASE ALLOW A FEW DAYS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN BEFORE CONTACTING US.

THE SMALL PRINT!

  • Sessions will be run in line with current Government and/or Council guidance.
  • Workshops have strict age ranges. Children under 5 cannot attend half day workshops and children under 8 years of age cannot attend full day workshops.
  • Children attending half day workshops should bring a drink and snack. Children attending full day workshops should bring a packed lunch.
  • Children should not wear their best clothes as they can get very messy!
  • If your child has any allergy or disability we should be aware of, please inform a member of staff. If your child needs an auto-injecting pen, please bring it with you - staff are trained in their use.
  • Workshops are drop off sessions, parents/guardians leave their children at the start of the session and collect them at the end.  Staff are fully trained and DBS checked.
  • Please escort your children to and from the building when arriving and leaving.
  • There are no waiting areas available for parents/guardians.
  • No child will be allowed to leave unaccompanied without prior written permission from parents/guardians.
  • Please check your child has everything before they leave. The London Borough of Havering will not be held responsible for lost property.
