Latin & Ballroom Dance 2021-2022
 
We are excited to announce that The Havering Latin and Ballroom Dance Programme is ready to get back into the swing of things and we look forward to welcoming both new and existing participants this September.
 
There is a FREE Taster Night happening on Monday 20th September at St Laurence Church, Upminster. Come down at 8.30pm and have a go.

The latest Walking For Health programme runs from July 2021 until March 2022.

We walk 6 days a week and have walks to support everyone.  Walks vary in length from 30 - 90 minutes and are graded from easy to hard. 

There are also longer walks run outside of Walking For Health for those looking for an extra challenge. 

Walking for Health Qualified Walk Leaders are always there to assist and advise on all walks.

Everyone is welcome and the walks are FREE!

Please see our full programme via the link below the image for times, dates and meeting points. There is no need to book, just come along on the day you want to join us. We recommend that everyone starts with an ‘easy’ walk. 

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for registration.
