Boxercise in Havering

Boxercise is the closest you will get to boxing without getting in the ring. With a combination of glove and pad work with body weight and strength and endurance exercises as well as defensive moves and kicks.

Wednesdays at Redden Court School starting the 22nd of June at 7:30pm. Classes are £5 per person for an hour.
