Havering Council’s annual Para Art Exhibition is now open for submissions. The exhibition is open to S.E.N.D. artists of all ages. This is a virtual exhibition. Only original arts works accepted. Copyright laws apply – for example, depiction of characters from film, TV or any other media are not permitted.
