Our Pilates in the Park classes are making a comeback for 2022.
Join Angela Gill at Langtons Western Gardens in Hornchurch (RM11 1XH) for a gentle/beginners style class every Wednesday lunchtime starting on 1st June. Classes are from 12.30 to 1.15pm and cost just £3 to participate. Please bring your own mat, some water and comfortable clothing.
