PARA SPORTS (S.E.N.D) - MULTI SPORTS SESSIONS @ YMCA, Rush Green Road, Romford RM7 OPH These sessions are specially designed to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), aged 5 years and up. The focus is on enjoyment, movement and participation, in a relaxed and welcoming environment where everyone can take part at their own pace. The whole family is welcome to join in. Parents/carers must stay and are encouraged to take part, helping to create a supportive, inclusive and positive experience for everyone. No pressure, no competition – just movement, smiles and fun. Suitable for SEND Children and Young Adults aged 5 - 25years. HAF ELIGIBLE ONLY - OXYGEN ACTIVE PEACEFUL PLAY (S.E.N.D session) Spilsby Road, Harold Hill, RM3 8SB These sessions are specially designed to be all the fun of a Freejump, just a little more calmer for those children with S.E.N FUNDED through HAF and a meal will be included. Parents/Carers must attend. Welcome to Havering PARA Athletics sessions, a fun and inclusive mix of games and simple, skills-based activities inspired by athletics and other sports.
Venue: The Studio, YMCA Romford, Rush Green Road, RM7 OPH
Every Wednesday (Term Time)
Ages: 5 - 25yrs
Time: 4.45pm - 5.45pm
Cost: FREE

Para Music Session
Havering Council’s Para Music session returns to Fairkytes Arts Centre, Billet Lane, Hornchurch, RM11 1AX during the Summer 2026 school holiday. This session, for S.E.N.D. young people will be taken by our wonderful partners https://www.timemusictherapy.co.uk/. Click or tap if you trust this link.">T.I.M.E. The session will be held on 12/8/2026, 1-2pm. Parent/personal assistants/carers/guardians must stay throughout the session.
IMPORTANT- places will only be booked when payment has been made. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to hold places without payment. The cost of the session is now £5.

Bookings must take place in advance of the session. We highly encourage early bookings to avoid missing out. If you would like to book up for the whole year, please do.
