Stay Active At Home
- Details
Hello Everyone!
We know that life is quite challenging right now and that uncertainty levels are high.
Although our sport programmes and events are currently on hiatus, we still wanted to ensure we are doing our part to help you feel uplifted and to encourage you continue to be active during times of self-isolation and solitude.
As it is very important to remain healthy (both mentally and physically), we have complied a list of the various ways in which you can still take part in some form of exercise from the comfort of your home.
Whilst we are advising you to remain active, please do so in line with current government guidelines around isolation and social distancing. As always, please ensure that before engaging in any physical activity you are wearing appropriate clothing and have the necessary space at home to do the activities. Please take guidance from the instructor you are following and note that any activity being done is at your own risk.
Do also bear in mind that keeping fit also could mean doing activities as simple as more time in the garden, taking a brisk walk around the house or even going up and down the stairs a few extra times a day.
Here is our list of current activities:
Donna Negus – Yoga
